Where are meetings held?

Meetings typically take place at our office, although we are happy to meet you at your home or office if it’s more convenient for you. We are happy to hold meetings virtually via Teams or Zoom if you prefer.

Do you have parking?

Yes, there is parking on-site.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

Our first consultation is usually free.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Just yourself, an open mind and any paperwork you think might be relevant.

Do I have to sign up to your services at the initial meeting?

No, there’s no obligation to commence working with us. The initial meeting is purely to determine whether we would be a suitable fit.

Are you independent?

Yes. As an independent firm, we have the freedom to choose solutions from the whole of the market, and we aren’t biased towards particular products.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can view our entry on the FCA register here.

What happens if my financial planner is away on holiday?

We have a number of financial planners who can help and provide advice if another member of the team is on holiday or ill.

Do you charge VAT?

No, we’re currently not required to charge VAT on our fees.
