Tony is a fellow founder of Lloyd O’Sullivan along with Michael O’Sullivan and remains passionate about developing client relationships and the associated services. He has worked in the industry since 1975 and is proud of the fact that he is now advising a third generation of his original clients he dealt with all those years ago. A general practitioner, Tony has a wide and varied knowledge of the whole sector, with a particular emphasis on the investment and pension market.

Still a keen footballer, Tony enjoys keeping fit, skiing and sailing and spending time with his family.

Michael has worked in the financial services industry since 1978 including spells at Pearl Assurance, Sun Life of Canada and Legal & General before establishing Lloyd O’Sullivan with Tony Lloyd in 1993. He has experience in a wide range of investment and pension planning and has looked after many of his personal and corporate clients for more than 20 years.

Family, cycling, football and travel are Michael’s main interests outside of work.

Michael started his career with Pearl Assurance in 1983 and joined Lloyd O’Sullivan in February 2001. Over the years he has helped many clients achieve their financial goals and objectives and really enjoys meeting new clients. Michael has a wealth of experience in financial planning, and is realistic with clients’ aspirations.

Michael has always enjoyed sports, particularly tennis, badminton and golf. He is also a keen motor biker, family man and most of all he loves spending time with his two grandchildren.

Sue Michalczyk Dip PFS

Sue joined Lloyd O’Sullivan in February 2019 having begun her career in financial services at the end of 1999. She joined her previous company as an administrator and achieved the Diploma in Financial Planning in 2011. She became an Accredited Later Life Adviser and Member of the Society of Later Life Advisers in October 2015 and also holds the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ Certificate for Financial Advisers in Trusts and Estate Planning.  Sue enjoys working with clients to devise and implement financial solutions to meet their objectives and, in so doing, building strong working relationships. 

She is passionate about providing strategies for those faced with the need to finance long term care, either for themselves or a loved one, to try and ensure that this cost is sustainable. Outside of work Sue enjoys watching cricket, cooking, travelling and spending as much time as possible with her family. She is also a governor at a local junior school.

Dean joined the team in 2016. Prior to working at Lloyd O’Sullivan he was with Santander and Nationwide Building Society. Dean holds his level 4 Certificate Advanced Mortgage Advice and is currently studying toward his level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. He can advise on all aspects of mortgages including residential and buy to let. Dean qualified as an advisor to ensure clients would receive the right advice and great service whenever arranging a mortgage.

In his spare time Dean is a family man, enjoying spending time with his young family and the outdoors.

Jamie joined the team in February 2019 and is currently studying towards his level 3 certificate in Mortgage Advice. He is hoping to use this to gain valuable experience and build a career in financial services. His role involves researching and assisting with the mortgage advice process and protection planning.

Outside of work, Jamie is a keen sportsman, in particular football and cricket, and he enjoys socialising with friends.

Jenny has worked for Lloyd O’Sullivan since October 2010, following a career break to have a family. She previously worked in the banking sector for 17 years, where she gained her qualifications as a financial adviser and managed a portfolio of high net worth clients in the private banking division of two retail banks. Jenny now heads up our paraplanning department which is responsible for carrying out market research, preparing and administering financial reports and providing technical support.

She is a keen skier and in her ‘spare’ time, enjoys trying to keep fit (!), gardening, cooking and watching her children play lots of sport!

Diane joined the Paraplanner team at Lloyd O’Sullivan in 2013, following some time out to raise her two daughters. She has a background in finance from the arts funding sector having worked for the Arts Council for 15 years. She loves red wine and running.  Not necessarily in that order.

Elke has nearly thirty years of experience working in administration, having spent most of her career in the IT industry. She moved across to financial services in 2013 when she joined Lloyd O’Sullivan as an office administrator and eventually transitioned into the role of a paraplanner in 2016. She provides support to the advisers with a variety of research and admin-based tasks.

Elke enjoys Pilates and going to the gym, and spending time with her family and friends.

Prior to working at Lloyd O’Sullivan, Maxine held a number of administration/customer relations positions in large companies such as Textainer Equipment Leasing and TUI. She moved into an Accounts position at Harlequins RFU before joining Lloyd O’Sullivan in October 2017. Her position as Office Manager requires a multitude of skills and is absolutely crucial to the running of the business.

Outside of work, Maxine enjoys spending time with family, walking, cycling and travelling.
